1. Personalized Professional Development:

• Facilitating workshops ontrauma-informed pedagogy, culturally responsive teaching, restorative practices, culturally relevant SEL, lesson plan design, instructional delivery, etc.

• Supportingteachers seeking or transitioning from a provisional to a certified teaching licensethrough college classes and praxis reading, writing, and math preparation.

• Resume, cover Letters and Interviews for positions in education.

1. Individualized School-based Support: This is in-depth support to a group of teachers or the entire school faculty that typically last from 4 to 10 months. The scope of this service is collaboratively designed with the school administratorsand stakeholders.

1. Transformational Coaching: One-on-One & Cohort 

We believe that one coaching session will not transform your instructional or leadership practice. Thus, we offer 8 to12 week coaching programs that offer a uniquely scaffolded learning experience and gives participants access to a community of like-minded special education or general education teachers, assistant teachers or paraprofessional aides, assistant principals, and principals.
