Endless Learning Consulting, LLC deeply understands the intricate and multifaceted nature of the teaching profession. We recognize the significant challenges that educators, particularly special education teachers, face daily. Often, these educators feel unsupported, isolated, and areburdened with a heavy paper workload, numerous meetings, individualized education plans (IEPs) to write, implement, and data to collect.Additionally, they are expected to deliver high-quality instruction, manage challenging student behaviors with little to no professional training, and sometimes navigating atoxic school culture where their voices are not heard. These factors contribute toburnout and have a profound impact on their mental well-being.

Assistant principals, especially those in their first few years (1-3 years) in the role, who are tasked with supporting teachers, frequently find themselves overwhelmed and unsupported, caught in the black hole of urgency (paperwork and putting fire out). This situation creates a challenging environment where educators struggle to prioritize their own professional development and well-being, let alone address the diverse academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of historically marginalized students. This includes students with disabilities, and culturally and linguistically diverse students, who continue to be disproportionately suspended from school, feel disconnected from their school community, and disproportionately not performing at grade level in math, reading, and writing across the U.S.

Endless Learning Consulting, LLC has created this amazing suite offive-session live virtual cohort courses offered weekly to support the professional growthof teachers, assistant teachers/paraprofessionals, assistant principals, principals, and instructional coaches. Each course lasts 5 weeks, filled with rich conversations with classmates, direct access to Dr. Coulibaly, hands-on and relevant practices, and access to practical resources and strategies that educators can readily integrate into their classrooms the very next day.The cost for each course is $595.

Below is the sample of the courses available. The schedule of the class will be updated periodically. If you are interested in creating a cohort made of teachers from your school only, please indicate it in your email to Dr. Coulibaly.
